I was never a trained dancer or gymnast, but my body surprises me everyday the older I get with what it can do the more I practice...

Like most, my self-exploration through yoga started with developing an asana practice; the physical part of yoga. First as a young teenager following along a yoga DVD at home, then a few years later my practiced progressed into a hot yoga room. To this day, I still remembers my first in person hot yoga class. I would describe it as, "Incredibly challenging, almost harrowing but in the end, was extremely gratifying... I discovered new sensations and muscles in my body, meditated for the first time and felt a very rare moment of peace..." Soon enough in 2013 I found myself traveling alone to Rishikesh India to complete an intensive 200hr Yoga Certification. Immersed in the true culture, I studied at the Patanjali International Yoga Foundation in an ashram under Dr. Jitendra Das. Here he helped me uncover all the other elements that compose yoga as a whole. Studying and practicing in-depth for more than 12hours a day, asana, mantra, kriya, pranayama, meditation and sacred chanting. This inspired me to continue my journey as a student and took a train in 2016 to Vancouver BC and completed a 300hr certification at Semperviva Yoga Teacher College.

I have been studying and teaching yoga internationally for almost 20 years and is currently trained in Hatha, Traditional Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa,  Prenatal Yoga, Barre Fitness, Fusion Fitness, Thai Yoga Massage, Swedish Massage, and Reiki Master Level.

My intention as a teacher is to create a safe and open space for my students to move comfortably in their own bodies.

I have many great teachers, enough to know that the learning will forever continue and in my heart I remain a student. However today we are here I’m ready to share with you.

Practice with me and lets move towards a better quality of life...
